About us

Indian stores shouldn't fund the checkout

A ₹1 crore a year store loses roughly ₹4.5 lakh to checkout and gateway charges. That is a hire, an ad budget, or a year of inventory.

ZeroPay Gateway began as an internal tool for a D2C brand tired of watching a fixed slice of revenue disappear on every order. The insight was simple: the order conversation already happened on WhatsApp, and UPI collections carry 0% MDR. The only missing piece was software that could check stock, generate a signed payment link and write the order back into Shopify without a human in the loop.

Today that tool is a product. Merchants connect their own Shopify store, their own WhatsApp Business number and their own PhonePe account. We orchestrate; the money never touches us.

Your money is yours

We take no percentage of a sale. Funds move from the customer to your bank account through an authorised payment partner — we are never in the middle of the money.

Chat is the checkout

Indian buyers already negotiate, ask and confirm on WhatsApp. We made that the payment surface instead of fighting it with another form page.

Verify, then trust

Stock is read live before a link is sent. Every payment callback is signature-checked. Nothing is assumed.

Boring reliability

Payments software should be predictable. We prefer clear logs, encrypted secrets and simple, auditable flows over clever ones.
