What you actually pay elsewhere
A typical Indian Shopify store pays a platform checkout charge plus a gateway fee plus GST on that fee — roughly 4–5% of every order. On ₹10,00,000 of monthly sales that is about ₹45,000 gone. ZeroPay routes the same order through WhatsApp and UPI instead.
Bank, UPI and partner charges, if any, are levied by your payment partner under your own agreement with them. Platform fees are exclusive of GST.
